Refund Policy

Refund for Monthly Subscription Based Plans
  • 80% of the plan value will be refunded if the customer did not recieve any technical support and claims refund within 30 days from the date of payment (minus $10 processing fee).
  • 50% of the plan value will be refunded if the customer received any technical support and claims a refund within 30 days from the date of payment (along with $20 Cancellation Fee).
  • No refund will be issued after 30 days from the date of payment.
  • No refund will be issued if the customer accepts a free or paid Security Software offer and agrees to install it on his/her computer.
  • Customers must request a refund in writing by sending an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. clearly stating the reasons for the refund.

Refund for Incident Based Payments 

For incident based plans, you will be eligible for refund when the following criteria are met:
  • The original issue for your call or service was not resolved.
  • The same issue re-occurs in your system or device within 5 days.
