- 80% of the plan value will be refunded if the customer did not recieve any technical support and claims refund within 30 days from the date of payment (minus $10 processing fee).
- 50% of the plan value will be refunded if the customer received any technical support and claims a refund within 30 days from the date of payment (along with $20 Cancellation Fee).
- No refund will be issued after 30 days from the date of payment.
- No refund will be issued if the customer accepts a free or paid Security Software offer and agrees to install it on his/her computer.
Refund for Incident Based Payments
For incident based plans, you will be eligible for refund when the following criteria are met:
- The original issue for your call or service was not resolved.
- The same issue re-occurs in your system or device within 5 days.
